Concerning the outcome of Houston City Council elections

Oracle - November 2003

I predict that Pam Holm will beat Jeff Daily for the District G Houston City Council seat in the runoff election.

Jeff is a friend of mine. However, the fact that Ms. Holm won on November 7 with such a large margin (2 to 1 over second place Jeff - there were 7 candidates in the race) gives me pause as to whether Jeff can pull even and beat her. I'm hoping against hope that Jeff will win, but this is a prediction.


The difficulty in making this prediction is a 3 out of 5.
